Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SUNHERA, we take pride in delivering premium-quality traditional Indian snacks. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, refunds and returns are handled with special care.

Returns

We do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take 5โ€“7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed food items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Orders placed during special offers or discounts

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Issues

SUNHERA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always assist you in tracking your order.
